Your purchase of the Unbreakable® Umbrella is covered by its Limited Warranty. We will refund the price of the Unbreakable® Umbrella only for causes listed in its Limited Warranty.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping Costs for orders shipped to U.S.A. addresses
Shipping by Priority Mail for umbrella orders going to U.S.A. addresses is FREE. Yes, for umbrella orders shipped by USPS Domestic Priority Mail there is no shipping charge!
Priority (Air) Mail from VT to anywhere in U.S.A. usually takes up to 4 business days.
For urgent orders we offer Express Mail shipping, which costs $45.00 for the first umbrella to an U.S.A. address, plus $20.00 for each additional umbrella.
Shipping Costs for foreign orders from all other countries (including Canada and Mexico)
To foreign countries our umbrellas are shipped by Express Mail only. Shipping for the first umbrella to an address outside of U.S.A. is $45.00, plus $20.00 for each additional umbrella ordered.
Express Mail from U.S.A. to other countries takes up to 7 days.
For foreign orders, please note that upon delivery, you are responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your government. We recommend that you find out at your customs office what those charges are before you place your order.
Our products are shipped in packages stamped or imprinted with name and address of Never-Thought-of-It Enterprises. Our invoice inside the package is issued by “RSD LLC/Never-Thought-of-It.”
Because our shopping cart software does not calculate shipping charges depending on the country yet, your shopping cart shipping cost and the total price will show the lower amounts, as if for the U.S.A. If you pay by a credit card we will adjust the shipping cost and charge your card the correct amount.
