Please note that the prices we have quoted are for dealers who have European Union VAT number. When placing your order you may type your EU VAT number in “special instructions” or just send it to us in an e-mail. Our umbrellas are shipped from Poland, so for deliveries within European Union you don’t have to pay custom duty on them.

Shipping within European Union

We offer free shipping by DPD Classic (standard service) for wholesale orders of 20 or more umbrellas. If you prefer shipping by Express Mail, which costs at least twice as much as DPD Classic, please contact us and we will let you know the exact amount. Express Mail Service (EMS) should take less than a week to reach most countries of EU. If you prefer to use another carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), you may arrange the pickup yourself with the carrier of your choice and cover the cost yourself.

Reminder: Our umbrellas are shipped from Poland, so for deliveries within European Union you don’t have to pay custom duty on them.

For items marked Temporarily Out of Stock allow four weeks for delivery.
Items marked Out of Stock are not available until further notice.
We charge your credit card only when we ship your order.

1. All orders must be prepaid. We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can also pay by a Wire Transfer or a money order in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U. S. bank. For foreign currency exchange rates see OANDA, The Currency Site.

2. All sales are final, no returns. Defective items will be replaced with same items at our cost.

3. For wholesale orders of 20 or more umbrellas to European addresses we offer free shipping by DPD Classic. For Express Mail Service (EMS) we charge actual shipping costs. If you prefer to use another carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), you may arrange the pickup yourself with the carrier of your choice and cover the cost yourself.

4. Our delivery time depends on the mode and the country of delivery. Express Mail (EMS) should take less than a week to reach most countries. Within European Union, DPD Classic may take a week.

Limited Warranty (Lifetime for Premium models and Five-Year for Standard models and Telescopic models)

Our Unbreakable® Umbrellas are handcrafted in limited quantities, from highest quality materials. Unbreakable® Umbrella frames are warranted not to break under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by an accident or abuse, such as throwing the Unbreakable® Umbrella under a train, a bulldozer, or a heavy truck, chopping with an axe, banging with a hammer, throwing into a wood chipper, setting on fire, or subjecting them to other abuses, for example, hitting stones, bricks, wood posts, hard metal parts, nor does it cover damage to fabric as well as scratches inflicted in the course of “trying them out,” or as a result of normal wear and tear. Any alteration of the Unbreakable® Umbrella will void our warranty.

Should the frame of any of model of Unbreakable® Umbrella break under normal use (whatever is normal for the strongest walking stick, and an umbrella, of course), please contact us at customerservice AT real-self-defense DOT com and provide a photo (not larger than 300KB or 640px by 480px) of the defect, and we will arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion. ATTENTION! Messages with photos or other attachments greater than 300KB may be blocked by our mailbox. If reducing photos to our specifications is difficult for you, then please send your unreduced photos using a free file transferring service, for example, wetransfer.com.

Our warranty doesn’t cover fabric damage (unless the fabric is defective) because even the highest quality umbrella fabric cannot be guaranteed to withstand abrasive forces occurring at hard impact between wiring of the frame and the stricken object. Our Unbreakable® Umbrella is for defending against elements (in every meaning of the word) and not for clowning. It is covered in a high-quality waterproof fabric, not in abrasion proof or slash proof fabric, because it has to look, weigh, and work like a normal umbrella, so do not expect this fabric to be undamaged if you hit heavy bags, baseball bats, and such things with it.
