Never-Thought-of-It LLC’s Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase* on Real-Self-Defense.com, you may return or exchange the merchandise. The merchandise needs to be returned or exchanged within 21 days from the date it was shipped to you. (The 21-day limit does not apply to claims under our Limited Warranty.)
* Returns must be shipped from original purchasers of our products.
The merchandise must be in new, unused condition (subject to our evaluation). In case of returning or exchanging an umbrella, all tags and sleeves have to be included with the umbrella.
For returns, we will refund the price of the merchandise, less shipping and handling, and a minimum 15% restocking fee. Credit to your account will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please note that we do not accept any returns for refunds of the DVD Self-Defense: Tools of Attack due to the nature of the information on this DVD. We will only exchange the DVD of Self-Defense: Tools of Attack in cases of defects.
For merchandise returned as “UNCLAIMED” or “UNDELIVERABLE” we will refund the price of the merchandise, less the following: shipping costs charged by the carrier for attempting to deliver the unclaimed items to you and for returning the unclaimed items to us, any other costs charged to us for returning the items, and $15.00 processing fee. Credit to your account will be issued in the original form of payment.
For exchanges, we will apply the original cost of the merchandise, less shipping and handling, and a minimum 15% restocking fee, to your new order. You will be billed for shipping and handling of the new order, plus any difference in cost, if applicable. If your new order is less than the original order, you will be refunded the difference via your original form of payment. You will not receive a refund for any shipping and handling charges, nor for the restocking fee.
Merchandise that fails under normal operating conditions within the product’s expressed warranty period is covered by our Warranty.
